Booking Policy Moravian House Manuscripts & Publishing By scheduling or purchasing a consultation, mentorship, or publishing service with Moravian House Manuscripts & Publishing, you acknowledge and agree to the following Booking Policy: 1. Appointment Scheduling All consultations are by appointment only and must be booked in advance through www.moravianpublishing.com Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive access to the booking calendar to select available dates and times that best suit your schedule. Appointments are reserved exclusively for you and represent dedicated time and preparation by Moravian House. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Sessions canceled with less than 72 hours’ notice will be forfeited and counted toward your package total. If you need to reschedule, you may do so once per session at no additional cost, provided you give proper notice. Repeated rescheduling may result in limited booking privileges at the discretion of Moravian House. 3. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to a session, the appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other clients. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will forfeit that session. 4. Missed Appointments / No-Shows Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled. Repeated no-shows may result in the loss of future booking privileges. 5. Session Validity You have one (1) calendar year from the date of purchase to use all sessions in your package. After this period, any unused sessions will expire and are non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing by Moravian House. 6. Professional Conduct All sessions are conducted in a professional and spiritually respectful environment. Moravian House reserves the right to terminate or refuse future sessions with individuals who display disrespectful, disruptive, or unethical behavior during consultations. 7. Consent & Acknowledgment By purchasing or scheduling any consultation, mentorship, or publishing-related session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking Policy and the accompanying Consultation & Mentorship Policy. Your booking serves as a binding agreement between you and Moravian House Manuscripts & Publishing.
